Standard (3-4 business days): $6.90 for orders 0–1 lb, $9.90 for orders 1–5 lbs.

Express (1-2 business days): $11.90 for orders 0–5 lbs.

Order Tracking: Customers receive email updates throughout the shipping process and can opt into SMS updates for real-time notifications.

30-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Easy Return Process: Start a return by contacting us at info@bamboofactoryllc.com. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
